Please note that this is not an automated service and if the request is received outside our normal office hours there will be a delay in replying.

Alternatively you can telephone or fax with the relevant information.

Please note that we require that you give a valid reason for any re-registration after the first license registration. A registration string will not be issued unless a reason is given.
