New Prodigy SCADA software reseller in Spain

AFI Fire Technology, a leading Spanish company specialising in industrial fire control and prevention has become the latest overseas reseller for Prodigy industrial automation software.
AFI Fire Technology is a partner company to Air Fire, Italy which has over 25 years experience in providing industrial fire extinguishing systems. AFI Fire Technology has developed a strong customer base including projects for the AVE high speed rail network and Barajas Airport in Madrid.

The company recently identified a new sales opportunity with the growing requirement from customers for integrated fire control systems. To meet this demand the company formed a new department and started the process of evaluating several leading SCADA software packages to find a suitable package on which to base the systems.

Prodigy industrial automation software was chosen for its comprehensive range of facilities and the consistently fast response the company received from their initial enquiry through to technical support queries.

Oscar Ruiz, Integration Systems Manager for the company was involved in evaluating the software packages and subsequently visited Tascomp for Prodigy Developer Level training. From initial contact to completion of training and the appointment of the company as an authorised reseller took just over four weeks.

High quality technical support was an issue of particular importance to the company. Oscar found we live up to our claims of giving the highest level of support as he commented in a recent email;

Following the successful configuration of their first system the company is confident of generating significant sales levels from their existing customer base.
